KW Violin acquired the violin together with a Certificate of Authenticity of Joannes Gagliano 1801 Violin by Jacques Francais, Rare Violins & Bows, New York, U.S.A., 1997. This Italian violin (back length 352 mm) has a very sweet and sonorous violin tone with strong penetrating power preserved in good conditions.
